The Saudi Horse Race Cup Saudi Arabia’s Traditional Dress Shines at the World Event

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, many of the most prominent cavalry, horses and trainers in the world participated in the world event in the city of Riyadh.

The Saudi Cup is the world’s most valuable horse race, with prizes amounting to $30.5 million. The horse Mishriff, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, won the title. His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, crowned His Royal Highness Prince Abdulrahman Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal upon the horse Mishriff won the prize.

Saudi Arabia’s traditional dress shined during this unique event. The racegoers put on their heritage clothes in celebration of the event. The Fashion Commission at the Ministry of Culture defined the dress code, and the designs that feature the Arabic calligraphy on the dress of the participating horses as well.
